Cabbage Mess
A SUBHEADING
Or, as it’s called in our house, Cabbage Slop. Slop isn’t a derogative term, it’s simply when ever I can’t really define what kind of food it is – not soup, stew, sauce or whatever – I call it slop.
We eat a lot of cabbage, not only because it’s cheap, it’s also very nutritious and both my husband and I love the flavour.
This dish is making the rounds on Swedish social media at the moment, in varying guises. I’ve see it referred to as “kålröra”, “kålmoja”, kåljox” and other names. What is similar is that all contain cabbage and mince.
