Sometimes less is more
I’m a fairly accomplished home cook, and I am certainly capable of melting chocolate in a bain-marie and using that for a more advanced sauce, but sometimes I really can’t be bothered.
If you find yourself wanting something sweet and don’t have the time or inclination to stand by the cooker for a long time, or washing up a lot of equipment, this may be the solution.
This is a recipe for a really simple chocolate sauce, which comes together in no time and doesn’t require a lot of equipment and products.

- pinch salt
