Oat biscuits
A lovely, not so sweet, treat with a cup of coffee or tea. Also very nice with a glass of milk.

Instructions
Heat the oven to 175 C.
Mix butter and sugar to a smooth paste.
Mix in oatmeal, baking powder and wheat flour to a smooth dough.
Form small balls of a tablespoon of dough each and flatten them a little with a fork.
Place the oatmeal cookies on two plates with parchment paper.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the biscuits have a nice golden colour.
Let the biscuits cool on the plate before serving. Store in an airtight jar or freeze.
