Sauce

Instructions
Heat the oven to 175 degrees.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Chop the mushrooms.
Place the chops in an ovenproof dish.
Fry onions, mushrooms and garlic. Place over the meat.
Pour water, cream and teriyaki sauce into a saucepan. Bring to the boil while stirring.
Add stock cube, chili powder, soy, salt and pepper. Thicken with corn starch to desired consistency.
Pour the sauce over the chops and cook in the middle of the oven for about 1.5 hours.
Notes
I use wild mushrooms in mine, but any tinned or fresh you find in your shop will do.
