Ingredients

mince
preferably beef, but lamb would probably be nice. For veggie option, skip the mince

cabbage
shredded

tbsp
butter

tbsp
mustard
I use a sweet mustard, pick whatever you prefer. You may want to adjust the amount according to taste

bay leaf

of water

stock cubes
I use beef

leek
thinly sliced
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Soften the leek and cabbage in the butter in your saucepan.
Add the mince and brown it.
Add water and stock cubes. Once the stock cubes have disolved add mustard.
Let simmer on low heat until the cabbage is soft, around 10-15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
Serve with slices of home made bread.
